Dr. Bhulakshmi V

Dr. Bhulakshmi is an expert in guiding organizations towards superior employee performance through deliberated and effective learning interventions in strategic, critical to business areas.

Dr. Bhulakshmi has worked with global organizations for more than 13 years in the Human Capital Development industry. She has worked with clients from diverse industries, like pharma, BFSI, IT services, Automotive, Agriculture, and Health care. Supported clients, in US and Indian markets, in developing enterprise learning strategies and custom built e-learning and training solutions. She helped clients develop, expand, and upgrade the performance of their employees through effective and focused learning solutions. Bhulakshmi designed human capital development interventions based on an analysis of the organizational business direction, needs, and challenges. Her expertise in business analysis helps identify employee productivity and performance needs within the organizational context. Her deep insights into adult learning principles coupled with the use of information technology, has led to the development of several effective, interactive, scalable, and cost-efficient learning solutions

Bhulakshmi worked with global organizations such as Dr. Reddy’s Labs, Tata Motors, Bajaj, Wipro, ICICI Group, HSBC, Bayer Crop Science, Pioneer Seeds, Godrej, FFA (Future Farmers of America), SAP, Sunoco, Novell, Monsanto, and John Deere, to name a few.

Bhulakshmi designed and developed a Career Builder program, including Life Skills and career skills, for schools and colleges. This program has been successfully implemented in various schools and Universities. She has also designed an employability skills program for the unemployed rural youth as part of a government-sponsored initiative. She has facilitated Train the Trainer programs and other technical and soft skills/behavioral training programs for various learner profiles and industry segments.

Bhulakshmi has worked and led teams in distributed development models, both, onsite and offshore, across India and USA. She has guided and coached several team members in business analysis and instructional design for learning and designing e-learning and blended learning solutions. She has led the development of systems and processes for content development and actively participated in the ISO certification process.

Bhulakshmi has a Ph.D in English Literature and is a graduate in psychology. She is trained in Competency Mapping methods, Interests-Based Negotiation, Stakeholder analysis, and Contextual Inquiry. She has delivered guest lectures on HCM and various training methods at Hyderabad Central University, Metropoiltan State University, St. Paul, MN, USA and other educational institutes.

 Ganesh Mahadevan

Ganesh is an expert in guiding organizations to superior business performance through rapid and sustained process improvements in strategic areas.He has lead multiple lean manufacturing and kaizen implementations using the powerful focused improvement workshop model, which involves changing the mindset of people in a short period of time. He specializes in Flow Manufacturing and Zero Defect concepts to increase productivity, improve quality, enhance delivery performance, and cut costs. He is equally adept in delivering value added solutions using modern management techniques such as Activity Based Management, Statistical Process Control, Project Management, and BPR.Ganesh had an initial stint of over seven years as a metallurgical engineer and product champion in the aluminium industry working on the shop floor in industry leader INDAL and Pennar Aluminium (both now part of AV Birla’s Hindalco Industries). This was followed by a four year association with Deloitte, one of the largest audit and consulting firms in the world. He is currently the lead consultant with KANZEN Institute since January 2007.He is professionally qualified with a B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering from IIT, Mumbai followed by an MBA in Operations Management from NIT, Trichy. He has also been trained and is certified in “Consulting Skills” and the “Business Process Redesign” and “Activity Based Costing” proprietary methodologies of Deloitte.

Ganesh’s passion is to revolutionize traditional consulting approach by developing the use of the focused improvement workshop model for all types of client engagements. Through this, organizations can radically slash implementation times to days from the current paradigm of weeks thereby enhancing business performance in a short time span.
